Hi Advisors,

I have attached a PDF with information for a new Master’s Program coming to the UTHSCSA for Fall 2015. This Master’s will be in Respiratory Care.

I thought I might reach out to you since most of you are performing graduation audits. Maybe you can send this to all of your prospective graduates (for Spring and Summer)?

Here are some advantages to this program that I see:

1.       The grade point average is fairly low for admissions (2.5 and above).

2.       Many of the pre-requisite classes are already built into degree plans (Health, Biology, Public Health, etc.) but can be easily put into majors with lots of electives (PSY, SOC, MDST, etc.).

3.       Remaining pre-requisites can be completed this Summer at a community college (if the students don’t have too many).

Please spread the word to help out our local health professions school.

Let me know if there are any questions.

Thanks,

Roxanna
