Hello all,

When students are re-admitted to UTSA, their old record will still be active until the first day of class in their new semester at UTSA.  This means that DegreeWorks will still pull information for the old major and/or catalog, until the first day of class because DegreeWorks reads Banner.

Example 1:

This student has been readmitted for Summer 2018.  For Program, DW shows the following:

The reason we see the two programs is because Banner shows the BS-CSM-AT ending Summer 2018.

On the first day of Summer 2018, the BS-Construction Sci & Mgt – AT will go away from DW.

Example 2:

If the re-admitted student is pursuing a different degree type, when you select the drop down menu you can jump to the new degree.  The old degree will drop off on the first day of the new term.
