Hi Dainon and Barbara,

Can you share this information with the advising centers?  Orientation had discussed these items during the advisor training, but we were waiting on the live link for the orientation eval survey.  Mentioned to the advisors was that this is a  had discussed that if the advising center registers them directly in the same area, that they could utilize this guide to make sure the students are completing other items that usually happen in the lab.

Attached is the course registration lab instruction sheet that our OLs use in the JPL computer lab to 1) complete the orientation survey online, 2) complete the rowdy link instructions, 3) register students for their classes, and 4) instruct them what they should print and take with them.

I have also attached a sample of the Rowdy Link cards mentioned in the instructions (note: these cards come to us from Student Activities – Barry McKinney).

Finally, if students want to turn in their nametag plastics, they have a few different options:

1) They can return their nametag plastics to the info table located in the Sombrilla.

2) They can turn them in at the JPL computer lab where we complete course registration.

3) If they hand them to the center, the center can drop them in campus mail to our office.
