Happy June Everyone!

Now that the spring semester and final audits are behind us, we can fully focus on summer and orientation.

Working with our incoming freshmen can be challenging, but is also rewarding when you see them taking your advice and grow!

If you need a moment to replenish your energy, I invite you to below breathing and shoulder exercise:

Take a deep breath in and exhale deeply to begin

Inhale – extend your arms in front of you

Exhale – move your elbows to your sides and pull your shoulder blades together (as if you are rowing)

Really focus on your shoulder blades when you exhale.

Do this exercise slowly for one minute.

Take a deep breath in and exhale deeply to end

Have a great week and find some time for yourself – Sylvia
