Dainon-Could you let the advisors know that we now have a new process for retrieving TSI scores taken at another institution.  In the past, the student would send us an email with the request and information.  We have now moved to an online form on ASAP.  Once the student logs in and goes to the Testing Services Office link, they will see this link

Authorization for TSI score report download to UTSA
Log in using this link to authorize UTSA to download your TSI score from another Institution.

Students can no longer send us an email at testinfor@utsa.edu.

We should also have the link on our website in about a week.
