Hope your day is going well.  Just a reminder about the All Advising Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, October 9, 2018 from 8:30am-10:00am in the Business Building 2.06.04 (University Room).  Snacks will be provided.  We outlined some information for you below.

4 Agenda

o The meeting agenda is attached.

o We revised our meeting format to include updates from: Advising Administration, Advising Research Commission, Advising Technology, and Training & Professional Development. 

4 Guest Speaker

o We invited Rosie McSweeney (Behavior Intervention Specialist) to present about the Behavior Intervention Team and how/what to report.  For more information: http://www.utsa.edu/bit/

o If you have a question(s) for the presenter, please use the following form to submit it: http://bit.ly/PresenterQuestionsOctober2018.  The deadline to submit your question(s) is Monday, October 8, 2018 by 12:00pm (noon).  The questions will be provided to the presenter prior to the meeting.  It is up to the presenter if he/she decides to incorporate the questions into their presentation or answer each question after their presentation. 

4 Check-in

o Check-in will be from 8:00am-8:30am outside of the meeting room.  Laptops will be set up that you can use to check in with your myUTSA ID (ABC123).
