Subject: End of Term Processing Update

End-of-term processes for the summer semester are just about complete and academic standing is available now.  An e-mail to dismissed and probation students informing them that their grades and academic standing are available in ASAP will be sent by morning.  Those of you who routinely receive reports of dismissed students will receive them shortly.

Dismissed undergraduate students will be dropped from their courses shortly.   We will be turning off registration for this process and it should be down for approximately 10 minutes.  Dismissed graduate level students will be dropped by the end of business on Thursday, August 22^nd.   

Students who have failed a second Gateway course will have their major changed to undeclared and will be dropped from any major restricted courses for which they are enrolled in the fall.
