Dear all,
OIT is trying to improve the performance issues with GLOBAL. In order to better identify the problems and correct them, OIT needs the input from the end users, which are advisors.
Please send an e-mail to your director or a designated person in your office every time the following issues occur:
1 - GLOBAL freezes (nothing happens when you click)
2 – Spinning sign on GLOBAL screen
3 - GLOBAL kicks-out advisor totally
include the time when the problem occurred.
Your director or your designated person will collect the information and forward it to OIT on a daily basis. If you encounter no problems, there is no need to send an e-mail

Any other issues, for example I can’t pull up a student’s document, should be e-mailed to
GLOBAL.CRM@utsa.edu.
We need to do this until OIT has sufficient data to localize and identify the problems. We will let you know when we can stop sending this info.
