Hello All,
I’m Melinda Garcia one of the Health Professions Advisor at the Health Professions Office. I hope your fall semester is going well! If I haven’t gotten the chance to meet you yet, I hope we could get that chance soon!
As we all know spring registration is upon us

The opening of spring registration next week has prompted our office to modify our appointment availability while registration for spring classes is on-going. The following scheduling policy will be in effect
starting Nov 1st. We are increasing our drop-in hours and providing group advising for questions about courses for spring registration.
Students with 0 – 45 hours earned will only be seen during Group Advising or Drop-in Advising.
I kindly request if you could please share our changes to students who would like to meet with a Health Professions Advisor or to offices that could provide this information for students.
On Tuesdays we will have In-person Group Advising for all pre-health profession students with 0 - 45 hours earned. The link to register will be on our linktree located on our homepage.
·
9am-12pm
On Wednesdays our virtual drop in will have extended hours, times will be:
·
9am-11:30am,
·
2pm-4:30pm,
·
5pm-6pm
This information will be on our homepage so please guide students to visit our website:
https://www.utsa.edu/healthprofessions/
I have also attached a flyer that could be printed or sent to students.
I want to thank you for your help in spreading the message to students and I want to make sure and thank you all for the work you do each day! Let’s kick off registration strong!
If you all have any questions please feel free to reach out, I’m happy to help
😊
Kindest Regards,
|
