All of the courses associated with students in Global will be updated over the next several days (we’re expecting the process to take approximately 96 hours), so starting this afternoon, you may notice that when you look at some students,
all of their courses won’t be listed. The purpose of this update is to eliminate the duplicate courses that sometimes appeared in Global. This update should also solve the problem of a student who registers for a course then drops it prior to census: the
course will disappear from the student record after it is dropped rather than remaining as it does now. All other functions of Global should continue to work as usual, including the ability to look up students, add notes, etc.
Several advisors have told us that students who were recently admitted weren’t appearing in Global, and that problem should now be resolved.
