I’ve attached the forms that are needed when business students request to take a capstone course, MGT 4893, MKT 4893, ACC 4163 and FIN 4893.

Students complete the request form, advisors use the pre-audit screening form and the email template attached.

These forms are also available in the I Drive under Academic Advising BUS.
