In a previous email I mentioned that an update to Firefox caused for there to be problems when printing the notes view and recommended switching to Chrome, which did not have that problem. We were notified last week about a problem with
using the Save to PDF button in Chrome. We notified OIT.
If you would like to use Firefox, you can contact OIT via phone (x5555) and they can revert your version of Firefox to an older one (v. 45) and it will not have the problem. The gentleman that was helping me out said he would notify the
Help Desk team about the issue so they can be prepared for any calls. Your computer will ask you if you want to update to the latest version of Firefox and you will need to select no.
