Hello Everyone,
I think today ‘I got up on the wrong side of the bed’. Nothing seems to go as planned and I caught myself getting increasingly frustrated.
If you have one of those days too, I invite you to join me in below breathing/moving exercise. Taking a moment to step away and focus on our breaths helps to refocus and get a different perspective:
Take a deep inhale and breathe out deeply to begin
Extend your arms out to the sides. Left palm faces downward, right palm faces upward.
Inhale, turn left palm upward, right palm downward
Exhale, turn left palm downward, right palm upward
Inhale, turn left palm upward, right palm downward
Exhale, turn left palm downward, right palm upward
Inhale, turn left palm upward, right palm downward
Exhale, turn left palm downward, right palm upward
Continue for one minute
Drop your hands in your lap and roll your shoulders.
Take a deep inhale and breathe out deeply to end.
I wish you a wonderful week. ‘Mark some time for self-care’ every day. This way we can keep our frustration under control…
