Sit back in your chair.

 

Take a deep inhale and exhale deeply to begin

 

Inhale through nose – exhale through nose

Inhale through mouth – exhale through mouth

Inhale through nose – exhale through mouth

Inhale through mouth – exhale through nose

 

Inhale through nose – exhale through nose

Inhale through mouth – exhale through mouth

Inhale through nose – exhale through mouth

Inhale through mouth – exhale through nose

 

Inhale through nose – exhale through nose

Inhale through mouth – exhale through mouth

Inhale through nose – exhale through mouth

Inhale through mouth – exhale through nose
