It’s
that time of year again! The Registrar’s Graduation Coordination Office (GCO) is calling for volunteers to work the graduate line-up
before the commencement ceremonies at the Alamodome Saturday, December 17, 2016. Please note there are only TWO ceremonies this semester held on ONE day.
The deadline to sign up for volunteering is Thursday, December 1, 2016.

This semester, there will not be a volunteer orientation. We will have assigned volunteer access badges available for pick up the week before commencement. Graduation Coordination will send out confirmations
along with more information to those who sign up as we get closer to the big day. Volunteer duties will include checking in students by college and directing students where to go. A shuttle will be available to pick up and return you to both the main and downtown
campus from the Alamodome.
