It is just the beginning of the week, but I feel I am already ‘being behind with things…’ If you feel the same way, I offer you below breathing exercise, which helps to relax and refocus:

 

We will count while breathing and consciously making our exhales longer than our inhales:

 

Take a deep inhale and a deep exhale to start

 

Inhale one - exhale one, two

Inhale one, two - exhale one, two, three

Inhale one, two, three - exhale one, two, three, four

 

Take a deep inhale and a deep exhale to end
