We wanted to inform you about a couple of updates to Degree Works.

Repeat Indicator

The repeat icon has been updated from “(R)” to “(Repeat)” in the hopes that it will be clear that the course has been repeated.

Here is the old icon (highlighted in yellow):

Exceptions Listed in Headers

We’ve updated a setting so if an exception is made for an overall requirement for a block, it now shows at the top of that block.

For example, if we made an exception changing the hours required for a block, the exception didn't show up in the block itself but at the bottom of the audit. Here’s the requirement and no exception is listed there, even though one has been made:

These changes have been made already. If you’re not seeing them, refresh Degree Works (or close the tab and relaunch).
