Hello,

 

I want to let everyone know that the Graduation Help Desk is available to receive student cases. Staff and faculty may submit cases directly to the Graduation Help Desk by email. More information will be sent at a later date regarding the office’s generic email account and our website, and I will be visiting all advising centers after Census Date in spring to further discuss the Graduation Help Desk. In the meantime, please feel free to forward cases to me personally (matt.keneson@utsa.edu).

 

We are currently prioritizing juniors and seniors that are facing barriers to graduating within the next few semesters. Students should always attempt to resolve issues with their advisor first, but the Graduation Help Desk can be contacted when students face a barrier regarding a requirement needed for their degree. Students should not be referred to the help desk regarding preferred courses, sections, or times if other options are available.
