Staff Support Needed for Roadrunner Days and Howdy Rowdy Bash

 

Join us in welcoming new and returning students for the fall semester by supporting a Roadrunners Days event. The success of these events is dependent on staff support and participation. There will be multiple opportunities for faculty and staff to engage with our students. Events needing additional staff support are listed below:

 

Single Day Shifts Availability

 

·     Movie Under the Stars

·     Family Get Together

·     Midnight Light

·     Magic of Wellbeing

·     Celebrate UTSA

·     Move In Market

·     Student Organization Mixer

·     UTSA Football vs. Houston

Multiple Day Shifts Availability

 

·     Howdy Rowdy Bash Ticket Pick-Up (SU Paseo)

·     Howdy Rowdy Bash (Six Flags Fiesta Texas Front Gate)

·     Move In - Chaparral Village

·     Move In - Laurel Village

·     Move In - Guadalupe Hall

·     Move In - Chisholm Hall

·     Move In - Alvarez Hall

 

Faculty or staff who sign up for three or more Howdy Rowdy Bash Ticket Pick-Up shifts will receive a Roadrunner Days T-Shirt and a ticket to the Six Flags Fiesta Texas event. Shift dates and times can be found in the sign up form on RowdyLink.

 

 

·     People will be added and assigned in the order sign ups are received. Please keep in mind there will be a maximum number of volunteers per time slot. 

·     Review the Roadrunner Days website for complete event details.
