So, apparently I am wrong and that function does not work in DegreeWorks. So sorry about that! You can search by name though if you would prefer to try that, than looking in Banner.

I’ve tried four current students. Each time Degree Works returns “No students found”
It’s quicker to minimize Degree Works, enter the ABC123 into Banner, then cut and paste the @# into Degree Works. Not quick, but quicker than the search feature, which doesn’t seem to work.

You can use ABC123 to search for students on DegreeWorks. Click on the Find button next to the field where you enter the student's Banner ID and it will bring up a search screen. On there you can enter the student's MyUTSA ID and click Search to search for them to make it easier for you. Let me know if you have any other questions!
