Good afternoon,
OIT is in the process of bringing in another vendor to replace Catapult, the previous CRM vendor. From what I understand this new vendor has higher ratings/certification with regards to CRM and has already identified
so more effective/efficient ways but have not yet started.

Same with me. CRM tends to get stuck on the loading process. I have had to close Outlook, enable CRM, and reopen on several occasions.
