Subject: One Stop January DT Schedule

Hi everyone,

Tina and Aurora will be the main staff members at the downtown campus for the month of January. They will be each other’s back up if necessary. Debra has agreed to be the 3^rd back up if needed. It will be the responsibility of the scheduled person to call the back up if they will not be able to work on a day they are scheduled no later than 6:30a.m.

January 2^nd & 3^rd: Tina and Aurora

                *OSEC will be open from 8am to 5pm and will not close during lunch. Staff will stay until approximately 5:30 to clear out lines/queues.

January 4^th: Aurora and Debra

                *OSEC will be open from 8am to 5pm and will not close during lunch.

January 5^th-6^th: Aurora

January 9^th-13^th: Tina

January 17^th-20^th: Aurora

                *January 16^th is a holiday.

January 23^rd- 27^th: Tina

January 30^th-31^st: Aurora
