Hello Everyone,

 

Are your wrists giving you ‘static’ from too much typing?  I invite you to sit back for a moment to breathe following below wrist exercise:

 

Take a deep inhale and exhale deeply to begin.

 

Extend your arms forward and relax your shoulders away from your ears.

 

Make slow, small circles with your hands for 20 seconds, while focusing on your inhales and exhales

 

Reverse circles

 

Make slow, small circles with your hands for 20 seconds, while focusing on your inhales and exhales

 

Bring your arms to your lap.

 

Take a deep inhale and exhale deeply to end.

 

I hope you find some time this week to go for a walk, or sit outside, or read a new book, or bake some cookies….  The options for self-care are endless, pick your favorite!
