I know there were some questions on Wednesday regarding transfer students and Honors College.  Below is some additional information from Dr. Jill Fleuriet, Associate Dean, Honors College, regarding transfer student admission to Honors College and an invitation their sending to Fall 2018 transfer students.   Please feel free to contact Dr. Fleuriet if you have additional questions.

Admissions for Transfer Students: Currently, transfer students follow our admission process as outlined on our website: http://honors.utsa.edu/admissions/transfer

Fall 2018 Invitation for Transfer Students to Enroll in Specific UD Enrollment: For Fall 2018, we have also invited incoming transfer students with a GPA of 3.5 or higher to enroll in one of a specific set of seminars; this invitation does not include automatic admission. This Fall18 campaign is to increase awareness and interest in our program among transfer students and to promote enrollment in our upper division seminars.
