Good afternoon everyone,

It’s with excitement that I announce that Financial Aid and Enrollment Services’ front office at the Main Campus will undergo a remodel in an effort to provide better (and more private) services for students. This remodel will commence on Tuesday, September 16 at 8am and will hopefully be completed by October 8. During this time, the Financial Aid and Enrollment Services’ Main Campus counter will move just across the hall to JPL 1.01.20. We will have signage posted on Tuesday.

To prepare for the demolition of our front counter, the Main Campus location will close at 3pm on Monday, September 15 and our call center will close at 5pm. Services should not be interrupted too much during the renovation. The Registrar’s Office at the Main Campus has graciously agreed to print transcripts and verifications of enrollment for students who need one on the spot until our new office storefront reopens in October. Please keep in mind that students can get transcripts through the new transcript request system and verifications of enrollment through ASAP.

Should you need to refer students to us, please keep in mind we will have moved across the hall. Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me with questions. Thank you.
