Either from creating an appointment in CRM:

 

 

If an appointment is already created, you can open it in CRM by clicking on the calendar icon (see picture above) within the student’s account.  If it was an appointment created in the past, you can see all of your previous appointments by clicking on Advising àActivities

 

 

Then clicking on the down arrow next to My Activities à Appointment à My Appointments.  This will then list all of your appointments.  You can click on the subject of the appointment to open it.
