Below are examples on how to document in SPACMNT when registering students for UPM 1000.  This documentation must be done for every student you register/advise for UPM 1000.  You only need to place the number that corresponds with the reason in the attached memo.  Only when entering a 5 comment (“other”) do you need to make detailed notes.

1. All AIS/WRC 1013 linked sections are filled

2. All AIS/WRC 1023 linked sections are filled

3. All standalone AIS sections are filled.

4. Student is not WRC 1013 ready.

5. Other-detailed explanation
