Hello all,
I wanted to clarify that the
requirements dial will still be at 98% in a student’s final semester (occasionally it will be 99%). The
credits dial should be at 100% in the student’s final semester. If the
credits dial is not at 100% in the final semester, please email us at
DegreeWorks@utsa.edu with the student’s information.
Ideal picture of progress dials for a student in their final semester:

Subject: [Advising] DegreeWorks | Initial Grad Audits and Credits Dial
Good afternoon,
If you have a student who is in their final semester of coursework and are eligible for graduation, please note that the credits dial should show 100% even if their courses are
in progress. If you have a student who is not at 100%, but they are in their final courses, please send us their information (DegreeWorks@utsa.edu) so we can take a look at it.

Happy Friday,
