He graduated from the University of Texas – Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) with a M.Ed. in Counseling and Guidance. He draws his experiences from his graduate career where he worked at the Academic Advising Center in UTRGV and interned at the counseling center on campus. Daniel likes to utilize what he learned from counseling and incorporates it into his work and personal life. Drawing from the teachings of person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy, he always looks for opportunities to teach others, to share positive experiences, and assist with finding reasonable solutions to current problems.
