Hello NACADA Region 7 Colleagues, I want to invite you to come to the home of NACADA, Manhattan, Kansas on leap day February 29th through March 2nd for the Region 7 conference and while here to share your knowledge with advisors throughout the Region.   We hope that you will consider submitting a proposal and make plans to attend the Region 7 Conference in Manhattan, Kansas.  This year's theme is "Allies for Advising: Advisors Learning, Leading, Integrating & Educating Students".  The conference committee has been working diligently to ensure that this conference is both engaging and energizing.  There is something exciting and fun for all who attend.   Below are some links to key information for you: REGIONAL CONFERENCE: Region 7 Conference will be February 29th to March 2nd in Manhattan, Kansas.  Conference information will be posted online at: http://www.nacada.ksu.edu/Events-Programs/Events/Region-Conferences/Region-7.aspx Call for Proposals are now being accepted until December 4, 2015.  Please think of what you can present on and share with your region colleagues.  You can submit online at:  http://www.nacada.ksu.edu/Events-Programs/Events/Region-Conferences/Region-7/proposals.aspx Early Bird registration deadline: February 9, 2016 AWARDS: Region 7 offers Excellence in Advising Awards as well as a Scholarship.  The deadline for submitting nominations is November 1, 2015.   I encourage you to review our awards information online at: http://www.nacada.ksu.edu/Community/Regions/Region-7/Apply-for-Awards.aspx Thank you for your time and consideration.
