Have you been sitting all morning to get through your weekend e-mails?  I invited you to take a moment to breathe and join me in below simple exercise for increased energy.

 

Move your chair away from your desk.

 

Take a deep inhale and exhale deeply to begin

 

Inhale slowly - stand up - move your arms above your head – big stretch

Exhale slowly – sit down – drop your arms to your sides

 

Repeat five times

 

Take a deep inhale and exhale deeply to end

 

Have a wonderful week and find some time to enjoy the simple things in life – Sylvia
