Hello all,

In order to reduce confusion during registration, we are continuing the recent practice of hiding the following course sections from the online schedule of classes.

• Dual Credit sections
• MAT & WRC sections paired with an NCB (TSI) section

These adjustments should prevent ineligible students from trying to enroll in these sections. The Dual Credit and TSI offices work directly with students to enroll in these sections, so they will continue to communicate with students in terms of their options.

If needed, the full list of sections for a class can still be viewed in the following ways (for those that have access):

• Institutional Research’s Course Availability report in the IR Report Center (updated daily)
• Courseleaf CLSS (internal scheduling system with almost-live data)

Many of you already have “view” access to the Courseleaf CLSS system. This access is granted to those that also have access to view the “next” catalog in Courseleaf. To make it easier to find these hidden sections in Courseleaf, I’m including links below that automatically filter for these sections in the Fall 2026 term.

• Math sections with a “B” in the section number (paired with an NCB section)
• Writing sections with a section number beginning with “N” (paired with an NCB section)
• Dual Credit sections with the DUAL section attribute
