Hello UTSA Advisors!

This week, we are excited to let you know that the Student Success Collaborative will launch to all UTSA Advisors.  As you may know, we piloted the SSC Advising tool this past fall to 6 advising colleges and centers.  Taking into account their testing and feedback, we are now ready, and excited to launch SSC to all advisors on campus!

In order to acquaint yourself  with the SSC platform prior to your training, we ask that you review 5 e-learning modules.

These e-learning modules are housed on AcademicAdvising\EAB-SSC\SSC e-Learning Modules.  They take about 30-45 minutes to complete in total, and will provide you with the basics on how to use the SSC platform.  These modules should be completed prior to attending your designated training, listed below, on the platform. 

EAB/SSC Training by Center:

DT Advising & Honors Advising – February 4^th

MPS Advising & SOSC Advising – February 8^th

Business Studies Advising – February 9^th

Athletics Advising, UHPO Advising & SSS Program  - February 23rd

We will have a couple of make-up/refresher training times set aside that will be open to all advising staff.  We will send those dates once confirmed.
