The problem with DegreeWorks appears to be resolved, but if you continue to have problems, please send a note to DegreeWorks@utsa.edu.  There was a caching problem on the server that was causing the computer to run out of memory while it was processing student records.

I have checked with everyone in the office, and all of us have the same problem with Degree Works – it does not correctly pull in their degree plans (its main purpose)

 

Two of the students I have this problem with are Abraham Campos @01467413 and Isaac Esteves @01381463.

We’ve received several reports that DegreeWorks is not processing student records properly, not showing all blocks, etc., for many students.  We are working with OIT to resolve the issue.
