Subject: Waitlist solution
Importance: High
The issue: Registration was unknowingly turned off last night which resulted in students receiving a notification, but not being able to register and therefore, their opportunity
expired.
The solution: The waitlist has been ‘reset’ to before the notifications were sent.
1.
All students have been reprioritized on the waitlist in their original position
2.
The email below was sent letting students know new notifications will be sent
3.
Notifications will send the afternoon of Thursday (7th).
Thank you all for your cooperation and patience.
Dear Student,
There was an issue with registration the evening of January 5th into the early morning of January 6th. You received a waitlist notification that expired during this time. We
are resetting the waitlist back to before the registration issue occurred. You will receive a new waitlist notification and have 12 hours to register. These notifications will be sent the afternoon of Thursday, January 7th. Thank you and we apologize for
any inconvenience.
