Dear All,
Now that we have settled into our home offices, the next challenge has started: Fall class registration for Seniors.
Don’t forget to relax your neck and shoulders every so often, while typing away to answer your students’ e-mails and requests.
I invite you to below exercises to take a breather and relax your shoulders. Take your time, focus on your breath and follow the exercise

Rest your hands in your lap
Inhale deeply and exhale deeply
Follow below exercise - three times:

Now reverse – three times

Center your head and take a deep inhale and a deep exhale
Inhale drop your left ear to your left shoulder

Now move your shoulders any way your body craves. You may want to get out of your chair and move around a little before you get back at your tasks at hand.
Take good care of yourself - Sylvia
