In anticipation of this delay, please change your voicemail message (BEFORE you physically move) to reflect your new office name, location, and main phone line. You may want to also include your email, as you will have immediate
access to that after your physical move. I know Barbara sent out an email earlier today with a preferred message to put on your out of office reply and for your front desk, but it wouldn’t hurt to include a similar message on your own personal voicemail so
that students are aware of the situation.
Then you will need to forward your personal extension to voicemail by pressing *24977.
You can check your voicemail from another line until your extension is moved to your new office, instructions are attached.
