Good Afternoon, 

 

My name is Danielle Schramm, and I am a graduate student worker at UTSA’s University Technology Solutions (UTS). I wanted to send an email to let you know we are taking applications for the Career Fuel Ambassador Program's second cohort. If you could please put our flyer in circulation among students to spread the word that would be amazing because this is a great professional development opportunity for them. This cohort will start this March and we are looking for students to work remotely 10-25 hours a month to assist in the upcoming...  

Projects and more!!!

 

The Ambassador Program makes gaining professional work experience fun! The program takes up about 10-25 hours a month to not take valuable time away from the student’s work or school time because this position is unpaid. We have a diverse number of positions in our program so that all students can work under a manager that matches their major or they can work in another position that they have expressed curiosity or interest in that certain field of study.  The program is designed to actually assist the student with their career path. The ambassador program is ongoing (like a student organization) so students can stay on for multiple semesters and gain leadership positions, and possible student worker positions in UTS which are paid if they choose to do so. This program is also 100% remote at this time so students can work on their own time and build relationships with students and management staff throughout the University that they wouldn’t be able to form during the online transition. 

 

All majors and student classifications are welcome and strongly encouraged to apply!!!
