Hello Everyone:

Hope your day is going well.  Just a reminder about the All Advising Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, September 12, 2018 from 8:30am-10:00am in the Business Building 2.06.04 (University Room).  Snacks will be provided.

We outlined some information for you below.

4 Agenda

o The meeting agenda is attached.

4 New Check-in Process

o We are moving to an online check-in process for the All Advising Meetings.  Check-in will be between 8:00am-8:30am outside of the meeting room.  Laptops will be set up that you can use to check-in with your myUTSA ID (ABC123).

4 Guest Speaker

o We invited Courtney Balderas-Jacob (Assistant Director, Dreamers Resource Center) to present to us during the meeting.   The questions you submitted will be provided to her for the presentation.
