Take a break under this Texas waterfall for $20

 

Dear All,

 

The Texas heat is on!  Make sure to stay cool and hydrated.  I invite you to take a moment to breathe to refocus.  The following breathing exercise helps to cool down too:

 

Take a deep inhale through the nose and exhale deeply through the nose to begin.

 

Stick out your tongue and form a U-shape.  No worries if you can’t do a U-shape, just stick out your tongue.  Breathe through your mouth and bring your awareness to your tongue.

 

Inhale through the mouth and exhale through the mouth

Inhale through the mouth and exhale through the mouth

Inhale through the mouth and exhale through the mouth

 

Take a deep inhale through the nose and exhale deeply through the nose to end.
