Subject: Spring 2020 Registration Schedule - DI to PR Override Students

So that DI to PR students are able to register on their scheduled timeframe, please send requests to Records@utsa.edu.    

Records will start processing requests on October 21, when registration opens. 

Registration is only allowed during allotted timeframes.  Open registration will start on November 25.

Emails should include the term, student’s first and last name, ID number and the email signature of the Advisor requesting the PR override. 

Example:

Please enter a PR override to allow registration for (term – spring 2020) for (First name Last name) – (UTSA ID @12345678). 

Please note:

Spring 2020 DI to PR requests are for students that are currently registered in the fall 2019 term.
