If you want to test your memory, try to recall what you were ...

Hello,

Hope your week started well.  Have you been doing some self-care lately?  We often forget to just sit, breathe, and turn inward for a moment.

I invite you to join me in below breathing exercise, which helps to focus inward:

Take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale deeply to begin.

Take a deep breath in through the nose and sigh it out audibly.

Take a deep breath in through the nose and sigh it out audibly.

Close your ears with your thumbs or index fingers

Take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale slowly making a humming sound

Take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale deeply to end

If you need to take a 15-minute-power-nap now, go for it.  You are at home on your PC and your camera is off!

Enjoy the week and stay healthy - Sylvia
