EAB Support reported back yesterday evening that a critical engineering ticket was submitted and they have implemented a fix to address the issues.  They are asking if you experience continued or other occurrences today to report to EABCampus@utsa.edu

Please also continue to copy Sylvia Mansour and Monica Glover.

Good morning,

This morning, advising staff across both campuses have reported the system slowness and some are receiving a “504 Time-out” error message.  These issues have been reported to EAB and have been escalated to the EAB technical team. 

 

We will let everyone know as soon as an update is received.
