EAB Support reported back yesterday evening that a critical engineering ticket was submitted and they have implemented a fix to address the issues. They are asking if you experience continued or other occurrences

Good morning,
This morning, advising staff across both campuses have reported the system slowness and some are receiving a “504 Time-out” error message. These issues have been reported to EAB and have been escalated to the EAB technical team.
