Good Afternoon!
We are looking for volunteers to be facilitators for the upcoming
2016 UTSA Academic Advising Conference Friday, October 21st.
On the day of the conference, the responsibilities of a facilitator will include:
1.
Reading the presenter’s biography and introducing them to the audience.
2.
Distributing and collecting the presentation evaluations.
3.
Use the time cards to maintain the flow of the session.
4.
Presenting a certificate of appreciation at the conclusion of the session to the presenter.
