In case you have a student who insists to petition. Keep in mind early reinstatements are
VERY, VERY rare.
Thank you to Bobby for reaching out to Dr. Millican to get the updated form

Dr. Millican sent me the updated Early Reinstatement petition. Can you please share it with the rest of advising?

Robert,
Sorry for the delay in my response. I finally tracked down the form from Jill, and I have made changes to the language for the deadlines
to accommodate the many start dates of the summer terms.
I set the deadline to 5PM on the day before classes begin for the term. I don't see why we can't have this as the deadline for Fall/Spring
as well, but let me know if you spot any problems with that.
Thank you for reaching out, and I hope this helps!
Si

Dr. Millican,
Good Afternoon! Does UTSA still allow student to complete early reinstatement petitions, like the one attached to this email, if this is their 1st Academic
Dismissal? Advising has not received a new form for Spring 2019 and Dr. Jordan (COS Associate Dean) recommended I contact you.
