Hello All,

Just a friendly reminder that the Graduation Help Desk (GHD) is not able to answer student questions related to Commencement or their Diplomas. Some students have been referred to the GHD recently regarding Commencement, but the GHD does not have any information related to Commencement or Diplomas other than what is posted on the Commencement website, One Stop’s Diplomas page, or on the student’s graduation application in Banner (SHADEGR).

These questions should be referred instead to the Graduation Coordination Office (GCO) at GraduationCoordination@utsa.edu or Commencement@utsa.edu. We just want to make sure students are referred to the area that can answer their specific questions that may not already be answered by one of the websites mentioned above.
