Sylvia and Chad, good to see you both again today!

I forgot to mention this morning that I’ll be teaching a leadership course again in the fall.  Would you be willing to share the attached flyer with students and other advisors?

Though not comprehensively listed on the attached flyer, the course is broken into three areas that cover the following topics:

• Leading yourself – emotional intelligence, resilience & adaptability, ethical leadership, productivity (time & task management), lifelong learning, critical thinking, problem solving & decision making, communication
• Leading a team – leading while following, working as a team, foundations of leadership, setting goals (strategy), motivating people (empowering, delegating, mentoring, feedback, performance evaluation), managing projects and meetings, change management
• Leading an organization – The first 100 days, networking & relationship building, cultural intelligence & global awareness, leading through a crisis, working with the media, etiquette and protocol
