Ceremony 1 and 2 are full, but commencement volunteers still needed for ceremony 3!

Registrar’s Graduation Coordination Office (GCO) would like to thank everyone who has volunteered so far! We truly appreciate the time you are taking to make this day a successful event for our students.

Ceremony 1 and 2 are full, but we are still in need of volunteers for ceremony 3. Please sign up for ceremony 3 by filling out our volunteer survey.

The deadline to sign up for volunteering is Monday, April 30, 2018.

Volunteers Time

Ceremony 3 (COA, COB, COPP) - Sunday, May 13 at 2:00pm (Volunteer time: 11:30am-2:15pm)

We will have assigned volunteer access badges available for pick-up the week before commencement. Graduation Coordination will send out confirmations along with more information to those who sign up as we get closer to the big day. Volunteer duties will include checking in students by college and directing students where to go. A shuttle will be available to pick up at and return you to both the main and downtown campuses from the Alamodome.
