Greetings!

The Graduation Help Desk (GHD) website is now live and can be accessed at http://www.utsa.edu/graduationhelpdesk/. The website contains basic information about the role and processes of the GHD. Small marketing materials that can be given to students will be distributed to offices in the coming weeks as well.

You can always refer a case to the GHD directly by emailing GraduationHelpDesk@utsa.edu. This ensures that we will open a case and contact the student rather than waiting for the student to contact us.

We should be completing our meetings with each advising center over the next two weeks. Thank you for all of the feedback that we’ve received so far!
