Dear All,

 

Several advisors informed us that their appointment availabilities do not show up in the Appointment Center.  The EAB Tech team is aware of this issue and working on it.  They recommended the following work around until this issue is fixed:

 

Work around procedure from EAB Tech Support when an Advisor’s availability in Campus is not showing up correctly:

Advisors can work around this by accessing the appointment center and using the dropdown list under "student service" on the right side.

 

This issue does not affect campaign appointments.  If you send out an appointment campaign, students can see your availability and schedule an appointment through the e-mail link.  We tested this with Stacy from LHSC and a student and it worked.  Thank you Stacy for volunteering to be the ‘test advisor’.

 

We will keep you updated about above issue and let you know when it is resolved.
